Grupo La Plana completed the acquisition of Envases Soler.

Grupo La Plana, a packaging company, completed the acquisition of Envases Soler, a custom cardboard packaging company. Financial terms were not disclosed. “With this new acquisition, our group now exceeds 700 employees and continues to meet the objectives set out in the strategic plan for expansion and growth in new markets and geographical areas, increasing our global offer of multifunctional packaging solutions,” Juan Ignacio Piquer, Grupo La Plana CEO.
