Arlington Capital-backed SPA completed the acquisition of ORCA business of Metron.

Arlington Capital-backed Systems Planning & Analysis, a provider of strategic advisory, systems engineering, modeling and simulation, completed the acquisition of operations research & cyber analysis business of Metron, a scientific consulting and research firm. Financial terms were not disclosed. "ORCA is a key component of SPA’s overall strategy to solidify its position as the elite technical advisory partner to the national security community.
