Cerberus completed the acquisition of NLT Secure.

Cerberus, an IT service management company, completed the acquisition of NLT Secure, a cybersecurity company. Financial terms were not disclosed. “NLT Secure accelerates our growth strategy into Latin America and is an excellent cultural fit.
