Cinven completed the acquisition of Säkra from Adelis Equity Partners.

Cinven, an international private equity firm, completed the acquisition of Säkra, an insurance broker headquartered in Stockholm, from Adelis Equity Partners, a growth partner for well-positioned, Nordic companies.
