Sycamore Partners-backed Ste. Michelle completed the acquisition of A to Z Wineworks.

Sycamore Partners-backed Ste. Michelle, an operator of collection of distinctive wine estates, completed the acquisition of A to Z Wineworks, a winery in Oregon.
