Alfa eCare completed the acquisition of Avancit.

Alfa eCare, an eHealth software company, completed the acquisition of Avancit, a computer consultant. Financial terms were not disclosed. "The partnership with Avancit creates added value and opportunities for our joint customer base and strengthens our position in the market as a full-scale strategic supplier of digital systems for the public and private healthcare sector.
