NewAlpha Verto and Bpifrance completed the acquisition of a minority stake in GAC Technology.

NewAlpha Verto, a private equity firm, and Bpifrance, a provider of human resources consulting services, completed the acquisition of a minority stake in GAC Technology, a developer and provider of SaaS-based management software for vehicle fleets, corporate real estate, and equipment. Financial terms were not disclosed. “We are delighted to support the development of GAC Technology over the coming years.
