PCX Aerosystems to acquire Pacific Contours.

PCX Aerosystems, a producer of advanced mechanical systems for the aerospace industry, agrred to acquire Pacific Contours, an aerospace company. Financial terms were not disclosed. "The acquisition of Pacific Contours further expands our Southern California portfolio, adding customer and product diversification, an experienced leadership team, and a skilled workforce," Tom Holzthum, PCX CEO.
