Oak Hill-backed Safe Fleet to acquire Kerr Industries.

Oak Hill-backed Safe Fleet, a supplier of safety solutions for fleet vehicles, agreed to acquire Kerr Industries, a specialty vehicle upfitter. Financial terms were not disclosed.
