Igneo Infrastructure Partners, an infrastructure investments company, agreed to acquire a 60% stake in the Lal Lal Wind Farms, a 60 turbine development in Victoria, from InfraRed Capital Partners, and Macquarie-backed Green Investment Group, investment companies. Financial terms were not disclosed.
