Spie Batignolles, a French construction company, completed the acquisition of Le Foll, a construction company, for €45m. "Building on our roots throughout the southern half of France with the teams of Spie batignolles malet and Spie batignolles favier, the acquisition of the company Le Foll will now allow us to shine throughout Normandy but also the island of France and to develop strong customer synergies," Eric de Balincourt, Spie batignolles managing director of the infrastructure branch.
