American Securities to acquire Meridian Adhesives Group from Arsenal Capital Partners.

American Securities, a private equity firm, agreed to acquire Meridian Adhesives Group, a manufacturer of adhesives and sealants, from Arsenal Capital Partners, a private equity firm. Financial terms were not disclosed. "We are grateful for the support of Arsenal over the past four years as we established Meridian as the go-to solution provider in the industry.
