HumanCo, a disruptive holding company, and Manna Tree, an investment firm, led a $100m funding round in True Food Kitchen, an operator of a restaurant chain, with participation from Centerbridge Partners. "This investment enables us to truly broaden our mission to help well-being through more accessible, real food.
