UL Solutions completed the acquisition of Cimteq from Foresight.

UL Solutions, a global independent safety science company, completed the acquisition of Cimteq, a developer of software for the design and manufacturing of cables, from Foresight, a private equity investment manager. Financial terms were not disclosed. "Emerging technologies within smart cities, Industry 4.0, mobility and communications industries all rely on wire and cable to serve as the delivery backbone for new service offerings.
