ChromaScape to acquire a colorants dye business from Kemira Oyj.

ChromaScape, a provider of specialty colorants and additives, agreed to acquire a colorants dye business from Kemira Oyj, a provider of sustainable chemical solutions for water intensive industries. Financial terms were not disclosed. ”We are very happy to see that our strategic objective to streamline Kemira’s portfolio is reaching the next milestone.
