Dacke Industri, an owner who invests in innovative technology companies, agreed to acquire Flintab, a supplier of weighing system. Financial terms were not disclosed. Flintab 's aims to generate maximum customer benefit, focusing on innovation, accuracy, and quality for greater business understanding.
