TurnPoint Services to acquire Home Power / Commercial Power System from Gioia Capital.

TurnPoint Services, a provider of residential services, including heating, ventilation, and air conditioning services, agreed to acquire Home Power / Commercial Power System, a provider of power systems, from Gioia Capital, a family investment firm. Financial terms were not disclosed. “This was a business with a very strong foundation, but we knew it had another level. We had a management team that has done extraordinary things, and we believe they’re a big part of why TurnPoint agreed they could take it to the next level," Bruce Popko, Gioia Capital COO.
