TurnPoint Services, a provider of residential services, including heating, ventilation, and air conditioning services, agreed to acquire Home Power / Commercial Power System, a provider of power systems, from Gioia Capital, a family investment firm. Financial terms were not disclosed. “This was a business with a very strong foundation, but we knew it had another level.
