Audax-backed GCG completed the acquisition of Paige Electric.

Audax-backed Genuine Cable Group, a wire, cable, connectivity and automation distributor, completed the acquisition of Paige Electric, a provider of wire and cable products. Financial terms were not disclosed. "The Paige team's ability to design and develop products has set them apart in the market.
