Sumitomo Mitsui Trust Investment led a $74m Series D funding round in ANDPAD.

Sumitomo Mitsui Trust Investment, a provider of Japanese equity products for corporate and governmental pension funds, led a $74m Series D funding round in ANDPAD, a developer of a construction management mobile application designed to offer information on construction work, with participation from Minerva Growth Capital, T Rowe Price Group, Globis Capital Partners, DNX Ventures, Japan Co-Invest and Development Bank of Japan. The construction industry has a wide base, and the challenges and solutions required depending on the construction content and type are different. In order to solve these wide range of industry issues, we are strengthening external service collaboration using the ANDPAD API and promoting the digitization of the entire construction industry.
