Everstone Capital completed the acquisition of a majority stake in Softgel Healthcare.

Everstone Capital, the private equity arm of the Everstone Group, completed the acquisition of a majority stake in Softgel Healthcare, a manufacturer of soft gelatin capsules for Rx OTC and nutraceuticals.
