Ambipar Group completed the acquisition of Witt O’Brien’s from Seacor.

Ambipar Group, a provider of integrated environmental and emergency management solutions, completed the acquisition of Witt O’Brien’s, a consultancy specialized in risk assessment and management, environmental management and emergencies and crisis response services, from Seacor, a petroleum industry company.
