DOC Generici to acquire Nuova Oftalmica.

DOC Generici, a generic pharmaceuticals company, agreed to acquire Nuova Oftalmica, a provider of medical devices, food for special medical purposes , food supplements, cosmetics and drugs. Financial terms were not disclosed.
