Axar Capital Management completed the acquisition of Pavonia Life Insurance Company of Michigan.

Axar Capital Management, an investment manager, completed the acquisition of Pavonia Life Insurance Company of Michigan, a life insurance company. Financial terms were not disclosed. “We are excited to have completed the acquisition of Pavonia.
