CVC Capital Partners, a Luxembourg-based investment firm, completed the investment in Phuong Chau Hospital, the operator of the Phuong Chau-branded maternal and infant care hospitals in southern Vietnam. Financial terms were not disclosed. The investment firm has updated its portfolio with Phuong Chau as the second deal in Vietnam, following an investment in Asia Commercial Bank in 2017.
