Windjammer Capital completed the acquisition of Radix Wire & Cable from High Road Capital Partners.

Windjammer Capital, a provate equity firm, completed the acquisition of Radix Wire & Cable, a manufacturer of specialty wires and cables, from High Road Capital Partners, a private equity form. Financial terms were not disclosed. During High Road Capital Partners’ ownership period, Radix grew its market leadership position and rapidly built scale by enhancing the leadership team, commercializing new high-margin products and consolidating two facilities into a single larger location that will support the company’s future growth.
