LLR Partners completed the acquisition of Stratix from Tailwind Capital.

LLR Partners, a private equity firm, completed the acquisition of Stratix, provider of managed mobility services, from Tailwind Capital, an investment company. Financial terms were not disclosed. “MMS services are increasingly mission-critical to large enterprises, and Stratix has earned its leadership position.
