Madison Industries to acquire CEL Group of Companies.

Madison Industries, an operator of an investment company, agreed to acquire CEL Group of Companies, a manufacturer of controlled environment systems for plant growth intended for plant research, cannabis production and plant-derived pharmaceutical organizations.
