Onivia, a neutral and independent telecom operator, completed the acquisition of fibre-to-the-home network from MASMOVIL, a telecommunications operator. Macquarie Capital, Abrdn, Daiwa Energy & Infrastructure, and Arjun Infrastructure Partners are investors in Onivia. Financial terms were not disclosed. “This acquisition reinforces Onivia’s position in the market as the largest neutral and independent fibre operator.
