Fulcrum Capital Partners to invest in VODA Backyard Leisure Group.

Fulcrum Capital Partners, a private equity firm, agreed to invest in VODA Backyard Leisure Group, a provider of distributors, retailers and dealers with pool, spa and patio products. Financial terms were not disclosed. “Partnering with Fulcrum has enabled VODA to bring together the leading Canadian businesses in the backyard leisure market.
