New Harbor, a private equity-backed Advent Home Medical, high-tech respiratory medical equipment and services company, completed the acquisition of Aeratech Home Medical, a provider of home respiratory care and equipment technology. Financial terms were not disclosed. “This partnership is a perfect fit.
