Harjavalta and Tirinom completed the acquisition of Nordec Group from Mutares-backed Donges SteelTec.

Harjavalta, a kitchen furniture manufacturing firm, and Tirinom, a brokerage firm, completed the acquisition of Nordec Group, a provider of frame structure solutions, from Mutares-backed Donges SteelTec, a steel engineering company. Financial terms were not disclosed. “As the Chairman of the Board of Nordec Group, I am very pleased to see this business transaction completed. The business transaction will support Nordec aims to further develop its business and support company to continue excellent business performance, of which has been executed throughout 2022,” Petri Rignell, Nordec Group Chairman of the Board.
