Attica to merge with Anek Lines.

Attica, an operator of international ferry services in Europe, agreed to merge with Anek Lines, one of the largest passenger shipping companies in Greece. Financial terms were not disclosed. The merger is subject to the usual on such cases conditions and approvals of the competent corporate bodies, as well as of the competition commission.
