Hexatronic completed the acquisition of a 90% stake in Impact Data Solutions from Sterlite Technologies for $23m.

Hexatronic, a provider of non-stop connectivity solutions, completed the acquisition of a 90% stake in Impact Data Solutions, a provider of consultation, design, and installation of fiber, copper, and containment solutions, from Sterlite Technologies, a company specialized in optical fiber and cables, for $23m. “We are very pleased to welcome IDS to Hexatronic Group.
