Crescendo Real Estate Advisors, an independent, partner-owned real estate investment management group, agreed to acquire industrial production facilities of KME, a supplier of precision rolled copper, for $94.8m. The transaction structure includes the sale of the Property by KME RE to Crescendo and a lease agreement of the whole Property to KME Germany for a period of 30+10+10 years.
