EBSCO Industries completed the acquisition of Cherry Street Energy.

EBSCO Industries, a provider of discovery services, databases, and other information resources and services for libraries, completed the acquisition of Cherry Street Energy, an environment renewable natural resources company. Financial terms were not disclosed.
