Osceola Capital-backed Industry Services completed the acquisition of Lonestar Sierra.

Osceola Capital-backed Industry Services, an industry services provider, completed the acquisition of Lonestar Sierra, a provider of refractory maintenance and mechanical services. Financial terms were not disclosed. "The Lonestar team is known for providing the highest quality of service to their loyal and long-term customers.
