Morguard North American Residential REIT completed the acquisition of Rockville Town Square for $33m.

Morguard North American Residential REIT, a real estate investment trust company, completed the acquisition of Rockville Town Square, a place with retail, dining, and municipal and financial services, for $33m. "Morguard is pleased to expand our investment in Rockville, Maryland by acquiring the retail space. This acquisition along with our ownership and management of Fenestra Apartments gives Morguard the opportunity to better execute on our long-term vision," K.
