Bernhard Capital-backed United Utility Services completed the acquisition of BHI Power Delivery from Brookfield-backed Westinghouse Electric Company.

Bernhard Capital-backed United Utility Services, a utility contractor, completed the acquisition of BHI Power Delivery, a power distribution company, from Brookfield-backed Westinghouse Electric Company, a nuclear power company. Financial terms were not disclosed. "This transaction positions us for continued growth in key strategic markets, while solidifying United Utility as one of the leading power transmission and distribution services provider in the industry.
