Groupe REEL completed the acquisition of CNIM Systèmes Industriels from CNIM.

Groupe REEL, an industrial group specializing in complex lifting and handling systems, completed the acquisition of CNIM Systèmes Industriels, a provider of large-scale complex mechanical systems and components for major high-tech industrials, from CNIM, a French equipment manufacturer and industrial contractor. Financial terms were not disclosed. With this acquisition, Groupe REEL strengthens itself in these areas by developing synergies with the other entities of the group, while preserving the identity and skills of CNIM Systèmes Industriels.
