Dunes Point Capital completed the acquisition of Kwalu.

Dunes Point Capital, a family office and private investment firm, completed the acquisition of Kwalu, a designer and manufacturer of premium furnishings. Financial terms were not disclosed. Kwalu has a manufacturing facility in Matamoros, Mexico and showrooms in Atlanta, GA and Chicago, IL and employs approximately 800 people.
