Amsca International completed the acquisition of Party King.

Amsca International, a designer, manufacturer, and distributor of wholesale party products and supplies, completed the acquisition of Party King, a Sweden-based online retailer of masquerade clothing and party supplies. Financial terms were not disclosed. “This is a great deal for both businesses, which gives Party King the opportunity to supercharge its growth," Joel Svensson, Party King CEO.
