Macquarie Asset Management, the world’s largest infrastructure manager, agreed to acquire a 50% stake in Quiport, a Latin America airport platform, from Odinsa, the concessions company of Grupo Argos. Financial terms were not disclosed. "With this new alliance with Macquarie, we reiterate our confidence and interest in continuing to promote the competitiveness of Colombia and the region with projects that contribute to sustainable development," Mauricio Ossa, Odinsa President.
