Brooks Macdonald completed the acquisition of Adroit Financial Planning from Slater and Gordon.

Brooks Macdonald, an investment management company, agreed to acquire Adroit Financial Planning, an independent financial adviser firm, from Slater and Gordon, a law firm. Financial terms were not disclosed. “We have worked closely with Neil Jefferies and the team at Adroit since the early days of the firm.
