Cerity Partners, an investment advisor that offers financial planning to individuals, families, businesses, and nonprofit organizations, completed the merger with Covington Capital Management, an investment advisor with full-scale wealth management offerings for high-net-worth individuals, families, and business owners. Financial terms were not disclosed. The Covington’s team will bring investing and financial planning expertise, supporting Cerity Partners' goal of being the leader in global wealth advisory.
