Interpublic Group of Companies completed the acquisition of RafterOne from BV Investment Partners.

Interpublic Group of Companies, an American publicly traded advertising company, completed the acquisition of RafterOne, a team of solution builders focused on constructing end-to-end, multi-cloud commerce experiences for the Salesforce Platform, from BV Investment Partners, a private equity firm. Financial terms were not disclosed.
