Hexatronic completed the acquisition of Rochester Cable from TE Connectivity.

Hexatronic, a provider of non-stop connectivity solutions, completed the acquisition of Rochester Cable, a designer and manufacturer of cables for harsh environments, from TE Connectivity, a technology company, for $55m. “We are happy to have reached an agreement with TE Connectivity to acquire the business activities of Rochester Cable.
