Motion Equity Partners, a private equity firm, completed the acquisition of a majority stake in Tournaire Group, an aluminium packaging manufacturer for the pharma, cosmetics and food segments. Financial terms were not disclosed. “Motion Equity Partners has an ambitious project for Tournaire, with a long-term approach.
