White Cap completed the acquisition of Valley Supply Company.

White Cap, a provider of concrete accessories and chemicals, tools and equipment, building materials and fasteners, erosion and waterproofing and safety products, completed the acquisition of Valley Supply Company, a supplier of construction materials.
