UCS Forest Group-backed Sierra Forest Products completed the acquisition of Weber Plywood & Lumber.

UCS Forest Group-backed Sierra Forest Products, a North American distributor of decorative building materials, completed the acquisition of Weber Plywood & Lumber, an operator of a wood company.
